Mr. Johnson is a seasoned industry leader with over 35 years of expertise in manufacturing, mining, minerals, and global supply chain management. As Chairman of Avanzar Investment Pty Ltd, he provides strategic leadership and oversight for the company’s global operations, ensuring excellence in mining, minerals, aggregates, and sustainable solutions. His guidance drives industry innovation and responsible resource management, positioning Avanzar at the forefront of the sector.

His role spans corporate governance, strategic partnerships, and long-term vision development, reinforcing Avanzar’s reputation as a trusted leader in mineral solutions. Leveraging deep expertise in global supply chains and mineral logistics, Mr. Johnson fosters growth opportunities while championing environmental and social responsibility.

Avanzar combines industry knowledge with logistical excellence, supported by a distinguished board of engineers, mining specialists, and mineral experts, alongside a robust global operations network.

Throughout his career, Mr. Johnson has held pivotal leadership roles, including CEO of an AIM-listed investment firm specializing in mining and minerals. His expertise extends to critical supply chain management, having served in executive positions with two of the world’s leading capacitor manufacturers. His past roles—Director of Global Supply Chains, Purchasing Manager for North America, Technical Manufacturing Manager, and Director of Tantalum Mining and Global Supply Chains—underscore his strategic vision and lasting industry impact.

Dr. Ilunga, a Congolese (DRC) citizen, possesses an extensive background in metallurgy, civil engineering, and mineral processing. He is also a certified auditor of processes using ISO 9001 (QMS) 2015 standards. Dr. Ilunga holds a BEng and MSc Eng. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand.

With 25 years of active involvement in mineral processing within both academic and industrial settings, Dr. Ilunga has held several key management positions. These include roles as Plant Metallurgist, Processing Manager, Mineral Processing Lab Manager, Operations Manager, and Executive Technical Director of an AIM-listed investment company in the UK

CFO Avanzar Investments

Ms. Margaret Madira, a Zimbabwean citizen, leads and oversees all aspects of the company’s financial and administrative strategies. She provides guidance on key regulatory issues, long-term financial planning, and regulatory strategy. Ms. Madira holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree, an MBA, and is certified as a financial fraud examiner. Her extensive professional experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Finance and Operations. She has worked for 10 years in the DRC and is fluent in both English and French. Ms. Madira’s expertise and leadership ensure the company’s financial health and regulatory compliance.

Executive Administrator

Ms. Berenice Ilunga, a Congolese (DRC) citizen, is a motivated and dedicated professional currently completing her Diploma in Conflict Resolution at the Faculty of Law, University of Namibia. As an integral member of the group of experts, she contributes her expertise in conflict resolution, bilingual communication, and team building. Additionally, Ms. Ilunga is proficient in using various software tools to document and manage both material and human capital throughout the organization. Her commitment and growing capabilities make her an asset to the team

DIRECTOR OF Logistics & cOMMUNICATION

Mr. Fabianus Fanuel is a Namibian citizen with over 10 years of experience in logistics chain solutions and a strong background in computer science networking. His expertise lies in optimizing logistics operations and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Mr. Fanuel is dedicated to driving innovation and delivering effective solutions within the logistics and technology sectors.

Director OF Mining Strategies

Mr. David van Bredha, a Namibian citizen, brings over 26 years of experience in mining and various industries across Sub-Saharan Africa. His extensive career includes roles with Sandvik Mining and as a representative for Cummins and Volvo CE manufacturers. Mr. van Bredha has also served as an advisor to the International Energy Group, focusing on fuel transport, distribution, and logistics in Angola.

Currently, he is actively involved in the biomass industry across several African countries, promoting environmentally friendly practices in Namibia, Tanzania, and the region. Mr. van Bredha continues to make valuable contributions to business and innovation in Africa, leveraging his vast experience and expertise.

Director OF Processing

Mr. Norman Dentlinger, a Namibian citizen, brings over 42 years of experience across various industries. He is a certified trainer for extra heavy vehicle drivers and a successful businessman. Mr. Dentlinger holds a BTech in Transportation, Diplomas in Project Management, Road Transportation, and Logistics, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Stellenbosch University.

Beginning his career as a Diesel Mechanic for Caterpillar, Mr. Dentlinger advanced through roles such as Section Engineer, Assistant Manager, and Depot Manager for several SADC countries. He is recognized as one of the pioneering developers of side tipper trucks in Southern Africa. His expertise encompasses maintenance costing and planning, logistics, earthmoving, and project management. Mr. Dentlinger’s extensive experience and skills make him a valuable asset to the organization.

Director OF Investments & Compliance

Mr. Julius David, a Namibian citizen, is a seasoned business strategist with over 14 years of experience in business finance, evaluation, mergers, and acquisitions. He has extensive international exposure and is a registered tax and business rescuer, as well as an accounting officer in all member states of the Southern African Development Community (SADC).

Mr. David has made significant contributions to the capital markets of many SADC countries, raising funds and advising businesses in private equity and unlisted investments. He is a founding partner of Windhoek Accounting & Taxation, operating in both Namibia and South Africa.

Mr. David holds over four business degrees, an MBA in finance, and qualifications in law. His comprehensive expertise and strategic insights make him a valuable asset to the organization.
